• Dear ONTARIO RESIDENTS, what paragraph 1.2 says is:  it would be seen as a fair and reasonable risk prevention (ie: avoid risk) step if you learn of the existence of MQCC® BEFORE YOU INVEST your hard-earned and hard-saved pension $$$ and family savings in anything called "CRYPTO". Period. (Emphasis added). Why MQCC? Because MQCC® 's founder built the global crypto system -- and can you believe, the guy is Canadian! • DECEPTIVELY MISDESCRIPTIVE

Ontario residents - writ large - indeed, most persons on Earth have an understanding of the origins and function (use and application) of "crypto" that is fairly and reasonably considered to be "misdescriptive" or "deceptively misdescriptive". 

• In respect to the latter part of your question, Divya, wherein you ask me:  Did you warn the FSRAO about OTPP’s risky investment in crypto?"
• The latter part of your question speaks to two (2) subjects: FSRAO and OTPP; so your answer will be in two (2) parts:
• Part 1: FSRAO:  Please read the two MQCC® public comments to FSRA CEO and FSRA Chair; look carefully at the dates the letters were sent; and look carefully at the contents of each letter; I will leave it to you to draw your own conclusions; however I will say one thing; please ask Supreme Court Justice Binnie about what he thinks of the consumer safety mechanisms that MQCC® created in order to help Canadian's identify, on a prima - facie (at a glance basis) what is the source of "good, proper and safe" , original "crypto" versus non-original crypto; the distinction that differentiates the original versus non-original is that original "crypto" conforms to Canadian National (Federal) standards of quality, safety, transparency, data immutability, data non-repudiation, traceability, verifiability and is therefore, to use a MQCC® consumer safety mechanism (as recognized by Canada Supreme Court Justice J. And don't get me started on the millions of Ontario "main street" individual and family investors.
