(2006) --- as a CONSUMER PROTECTION device), including but not limited to the following common law, pending registration or registered source identifiers "used-in-commerce" :
(3.1) As explained to Top Management at THE PRESIDENT AND FELLOWS OF HARVARD COLLEGE  in a textbook published by MQCC® (ACCREDITED CLASS™ Corporate University) entitled Teaching Harvard & All Higher-Level, Accredited/Accredited Class®, Regulated, Vocational, Academic, Research, Development (HARVARD) Class Organizations World-Wide (available at AMAZON® or GOOGLE PLAY®); for over 17 years, the natural knowledge domain (field) of study and related principles, concepts and core methods that, when applied, create the various commercialized (non-experimental)  genus and species of goods and services is known as non-novel (exact) conformity science. (3.1.1.1) In his role as President of the DC Bar, Mr. Sarchio is responsible to assure his stakeholders (lawyers; members/non-members of the DC Bar) that a fair and balanced approach to learning and understanding critical and complex innovations is continuously maintained. Recently, I noticed that the DC Bar has some continuing education courses on "blockchain" and "crypto" (used in a generic sense); and unless these courses refer to the original body of knowledge (OBOK™) developed by yours sincerely, borne of the WORLD'S FIRST PEER-TO-PEER ELECTRONIC CASH SYSTEM™ commencing at least as early as April 9, 2005 (celebrating over 17 years last month) at the uniform resource locator, www.privatelender.org for the manufacture and trading of:
  • digital (electronic) and nondigital (non-electronic) assets
  • digital (electronic) and nondigital (non-electronic) debts
  • non-regulated, regulatory exempt, free trading digital (electronic) and nondigital (non-electronic) debts financial securities

there may be risk to members of the DC Bar (speak NOT as a lawyer), when the information learned is applied for 'use-in-commerce'.

(3.1.1.1.1) As a courtesy to the DC Bar, I am happy to offer the DC Bar 3 hours of my time, on a "pro bono" basis (to review one more of your continuing education courses and see if the material presented conforms to the facts that are traceable by the evidence found by researching the "scientific historical information timeline"; this timeline is a traceable, verifiable, data immutable, fact non-repudiable, quality managed, auditable, federated (distributed or decentralized), interconnected or interconnectable information source that is found on the global computer network known as the "internet". Why?
  • Because I am going to be reaching out to a DC Bar member who is practicing lawyer or is licensed as a lawyer by the DC Bar but works in a leadership position within a regulatory body. I need to explain to this DC Bar member the same things that I am presently explaining to you because the organization that this DC Bar member presides over, has its own members that are actually or ostensibly "trading" in matters that are generically known as "bitcoin" or "crypto" but are unwittingly, not following the requirement to provide their retail customers with FAIR AND BALANCED information. 
  • Indeed, you will quickly learn by visiting one or more of my websites, that "correct and proper 'crypto'" or trademark BITCOIN™ ---  traceable to the FIRST USE (original use) --- is known by the following quality, character, nature, feature, purpose, form, function, extent or characteristics:
    • free trading or regulatory exempt
    • non-volatile
    • not subject to public market influences (or third-party influences to value) because it is inherently "peer to peer" (a first-party process between 2 parties NOT a third-party process (no brokers or middlemen)
    • insurable by general property insurance; professional liability (errors and omissions) insurers
    • litigation tested by one or more members of the International Conference of Legal Regulators (ICLR); www.iclr.net as early as 2013
    • consumer safe
    • carbon-positive (inherently REDUCES carbon footprints)
    • designed to be "lossless" as an investment (as defined by the Canada Revenue Agency)
    • is manufactured and traded in an environment known as the GLOBAL AND METAVERSE™ (www.GlobalAndMetaverse.com) brand of global computer network and operating system (METAVERSE OS™) that is continuously integrated with the United States Federal American National Standards (see NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and ANSI (American National Standards Institute)), namely, ISO 9001:2000; ISO 9001:2008 and the risk-based, ISO 9001:2015, since at least as early as May 9, 2008; which -- if you reseach the MQCC Scientific Historical Information Timeline™ - is about 6 and 9 months before the nonconforming (fake, counterfeit, pirated, non-standard, "digital asbestos") highly volatile and financially unsafe and carbon-negative (environmentally damaging/harming) generic bitcoin EXPERITMENTAL algorithm was introduced to the world.
  • In order to be FAIR AND BALANCED; any regulated party that is "teaching" lay persons about "crypto" MUST refer to the original body of commercialized goods and services (and underlying research) created by yours sincerely, namely, Anoop Bungay (with a little help from my brother, Santosh).
  • The real problem, to be candid, and the ROOT CAUSE of this email Mr. Sarchio, is because if I am going to introduce the incontestable history of the origins of applied non-novel (exact) conformity science to a DC Bar member, then it stands to reason that the same courtesy should FIRST be afforded to the HEAD of the DC Bar association because it makes no sense to tell your member that "I know all about correct and proper "crypto" or BITCOIN™ and BLOCKCHAIN™ brand of goods and services" in order for your DC Bar member to retort with the following: "Well Mr. Bungay, I am a trained lawyer, licensed by the DC Bar and my DC Bar has continuing education courses on "crypto" and "bitcoin" and "blockchain", so I will defer to my DC Bar leadership.
  • Luckily for me - - and a coincidence of historical implications -- Mr  Sarchio is also an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University (GW) and GW also has courses on "bitcoin" (generic) and "blockchain" (generic) and "crypto"; so this email allows me to reach out to Top Management at GW (including Dr. Matthew, head of the department were Mr. Sarchio is an Adjunct Professor; in order for GW to also consider looking into "Anoop Bungay" and MQCC® in order to see how GW might desire to fairly modify its curriculum to balance with the historical (and uncontested) facts of the origins and purpose, feature, form, function, character, characteristics (and implications) of a peer to peer electronic cash system.
