I need to explain to this DC Bar member the same things that I am presently explaining to you because the organization that this DC Bar member presides over, has its own members that are actually or ostensibly "trading" in matters that are generically known as "bitcoin" or "crypto" but are unwittingly, not following the requirement to provide their retail customers with FAIR AND BALANCED information.
